Brisket Contests- We will announce about 5:30 to start bringing the brisket to the judging table
- Audience will be judging the brisket Judging starts at 6:00
- There will be a $5.00 fee to enter your brisket.
- Brisket will be unmarked so know one knows whose is whose.
Eaters (Judges)
- It will cost $2.00 a plate to judge the brisket and table contest. We will start selling the brisket judging plates about 3:30.
- There will be a box next to each brisket please place your ticket in your favorite plates.
- There will be a box on each table, place the table ticket in your favorite table decorations or tidbits.
- Winner will be announced around 6:30-7:00
- There will be a $5.00 fee to enter your ribs
- There will be 2 designated judges.Please supply enough ribs for two judges to taste.(about 1/2 rack for each judge)
- We will announce when to bring up the ribs to judging table. (about 5:30)
- Judging will start at about 5:45.
- Winners will be announced at 6:30 -7:00
- Bring your own table and decorate it in your own fun theme.
- Please have all tables set up no later than 4:00.
- We encourage that you come as early as possible and share your table decorations with every one and enjoy all the tidbits everyone is setting around.
- Bring your favorite home cooked specialty (pickles,
breed,or appertizer etc) to place on your table and share with
everyone. If you have a specialty and would like to share the recipe
please place that on your table so everyone can view it.

drink and have fun. If you are coming please bring a side dish to share
with everyone. We will be supplying knives, forks and plates. Hope to
see everyone there. The potluck will be after the judging, so you can
enjoy the brisket. If you have any outdoor games that you would like to
bring feel free. We will have a volley ball net and horse shoe pits.
